Sacraments

Baptism

Parents should schedule the baptism of their child at least 2 weeks in advance of the desired date. Please phone the Rectory to discuss details of the baptism and supply the necessary information to Fr. Gaydosik.

First Communion

Those wishing to receive First Communion, who do not attend a Catholic Parochial School,
must attend either Parish School of Religion
or RCIA classes.

Matrimony

Couples wishing to be married at St. John's must contact Fr. Gaydosik at least 6 months in advance of the intended wedding date before any other plans are made.

Anointing of the Sick

Please contact the parish office as soon as possible. In an emergency, contact Fr. Gaydosik directly.

Those wishing to be confirmed, who do not attend a Catholic Parochial School, must attend either Parish School of Religion classes or RCIA classes.

Saturday: 5 -5:45 p.m.

Sunday: 6:45-7:15 a.m. & 10-10:45 a.m.

Sponsors for Baptism and Confirmation

Sponsor(s) must be at least 16 years of age; be a Catholic who has been confirmed and has already received the sacrament of the Most Holy Eucharist and leads a life in harmony with the faith and the role to be undertaken. Those who are not parishioners at St. John's must have their pastor send a certificate to the rectory which states that they are Catholics in good standing.
